Linbo received his Juris Doctor degree from the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

During his time at UBC, Linbo demonstrated his dedication to justice and human rights by volunteering with the BC Civil Liberties through the Pro Bono Students Canada program. Prior to his legal studies, Linbo pursued his undergraduate and Master degrees in China.

In addition to his legal experience, Linbo possesses a strong passion for fine art, with a particular focus on Chinese calligraphy, which he has been practicing for over 15 years.

Linbo is fluent in English and Mandarin.
