Mckenna recently completed her Juris Doctor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
Prior to law school, Mckenna attended Western University in London, Ontario. She studied Psychology and Criminology, learning how both of these areas intersect with the law and graduating at the top of her class in both programs.
Throughout law school, she volunteered with the BC Society of Transition Houses, an organization working to prevent and end violence against women and children. Mckenna researched gender-specific barriers in access to justice as well as the media reporting of femicide cases.
In her free time, Mckenna enjoys reading, painting, and exploring Vancouver.
